GUIDELINES FOR PLACING ORDERS AT THIS WEBSITE

1.)  There may be times when you place an order indicating your preference for used or new books. Although we make every effort to fill your order based on your selected preference, at the time the order is filled, your first choice may be unavailable. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

2.)  Due to our staffing level, orders placed close to when the classes begin can take 6 -7 working days before it leaves the bookstore. Please plan accordingly by placing your orders as early as possible.

3.)  If you do not live in the Continental United States, additional shipping charges  will apply.  Shipping charges to APO Boxes will be $15.00. If additional shipping charges are needed, we will contact you in advance to confirm the amount for your approval.

4.)  "Next Day" or "2nd Day" UPS only minimizes shipping time. Time is still needed to process and fill the order. The order will be processed at the same rates other orders and shipped when filled.

5.)  Please remember to enter all information as complete and correct as possible or you may experience a delay with your order. The following incidences are the most common causes of order delay:
*  Declined credit cards (we will contact you as often as we are able) 
*  Missing information such as your full name, address, phone, email address, and credit card.

6.)  When requesting a refund, please follow the "Refund Policy" carefully. This policy is outlined on a sheet usually enclosed with your order. It is also on this website. The Refund Policy details explicit instructions for returning books and you may experience a delay in your refund if the instructions are not followed.
